Gsignr, LLC provides digital marketing and automation solutions, including but not limited to AI website design, ads automation, CRM tools, and AI-powered voice and messaging systems (Gvoice). Our services are designed to help businesses improve efficiency and growth through automation and intelligent communication technology.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

• Ensuring your use of our services does not infringe on the rights of others

Unauthorized access, misuse, or distribution of our services is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Some services require a subscription or paid access. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize us to charge any payment method provided. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the posted rate. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

All fees are due immediately and are generally non-refundable, except where stated otherwise.

4. Gvoice 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a full refund for your first month of Gvoice service within 30 days of activation. Refunds must be requested in writing at Hello@gsignr.com. This guarantee applies only to Gvoice and not to other services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Additional refund eligibility will follow the individual service policies. Unless stated, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, software, and technology created or provided by Gsignr remain the property of Gsignr, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business assets provided to us. No rights are granted to reproduce or redistribute our content without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gsignr, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services. Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Communication & Marketing Consent (Updated Compliance Language)

By submitting any form, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to receive:

• Service-related communications, and

• Marketing communications from Gsignr

These communications may be delivered via:

• Text message (SMS/MMS)

• Phone call

• Automated or pre-recorded calls

• AI-generated voice technology

• Email

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message

• Following the unsubscribe link in emails

• Contacting us at Hello@gsignr.com

Opting out of marketing does not impact essential service-related communications such as security notices or billing updates.
